Working with L2 EAD. Applying for GC. Do I need to apply for I 765 along with I 485?

I have EAD valid till Feb 2015. Do I to apply I 765 along with I 485? If so what will be choice for I am applying for? Permission to Accept Employment or Renewal Or Replacement? Also is my USCIS# the A# in I485?

No, you don't need to apply for additional EAD while applying for I-485.
