I want an opinion. My employer has recently agreed to start my GC and I assume its going to be ported from EB3 to EB2 (yes, I am an Indian with $$ dreams) but at the same time the pay is not great as due to unfortunate circumstances I could not negotiate before. I am also looking out for better opportunities (basically a better pay) but again the uncertainity as to when the new company (if hired) will start my GC.
Some of my friends advice that if i stick with the current employer, I can get my GC soon as my prev priority date is Nov 2008 but I have to still live with less $$ and is porting easy as my emp says!!
