GC holder Spouse Visa process

Hi, I am a GC holder for USA, currently I am in INDIA for my marriage. My would be is currently working in INDIA in HR. I wanted to know what all options are available for me to take her along with me to US after marriage. Can anyone help me?

After marriage, your spouse won't be eligible to obtain a CR-1 spousal visa for about two years after submittal of petition paperwork.
