Hi,
My GC-Labor process began in June 2014 and I was hoping that PERM app would be filed this month (after 60 days). My employer has done the necessary advertising etx. The lawyer had requested for prevailing wage from the Labor department. Now to the sticky part, the lawyer says that the prevailing document and the wage posted for the job duties are off, hence the company to undertake new recruitment efforts as before but with new salary requirements while the law firm does re-determination of correct salary.
Does this mean, its a reset and I have to wait for another 60 days b4 the PERM application is filed?
Any advice is much appreciated,
Thanks,
