The larger question us, If your work is such that you can work from home What's the necessity of being in US?

If you want the Green Card, find out what alternative would be acceptable. You can rent a desk or office share, move to the employer's location, or provide information to the employer that working from home will not violate the GC application.

Hi,

I work from home from Chicago as a full time employee for a MNC which is located in Texas and US Business unit head quarters in Georgia . My company is starting my GC process and is saying that filing GC while working from home will be a issue. Please advise what are my options?
