EB-3 on 2-year Associate degree

Hello,
If an employer sponsors me I guess this will be on EB-3; however, I do not have a Bachelor degree.
I have 2 year college degree with 10 years of experience in my field. Would the experience be considered or I have no chance?

Get your education and experience evaluated. Experience would be certainly considered. With EB petitions one needs to see the actual job description, but the way the trend has been the job description gets tuned as per candidate rather than vice versa.
