happy thanksgiving, sorry disturbing you with query in middle of your holiday break.
I have my H1B valid till April 2017 and it could be extended for another 3 years if I get continued employment.
Am I eligible for premium processing for I-140 in EB1 a?
in immihelp website, it tells that in addition to filling category Eb-1a or NIH, the petitioner should have reached sixth year statutory limitation for their H-1B stay or will reach the end with 60 days of filling.
