My prevailing wage was filed for product manager and DOL came back and said that it fits the category for Marketing manager. They also classified it under Systems software developer- OES/SOC Code: 15-1121. My attorneys said that they don't have any category for Product Mangers and hence they would need to put a fresh adv for Systems software developer. Is that true that there is no code against product manger. I am uncomfortable that my prevailing wage would have to be filed against a title which does not apply for me. Will I have problems with this in the future?
