Currently, I am on H1b visa in USA. My employer is in process of filing Green card visa.

I also have the Australia Permanent Resident visa.

Please let me know whether this would help to get USA Green card?

It neither helps nor hurts your chances of being granted United States Permanent Residency. I don't know what obligations come with Australian Permanent Residency, you may or may not be able to reconcile them with the obligations of USLPR; specifically the requirement to remain a domiciliary of the United States, and to depart the United States only temporarily.
