Hello,
I am currently working for an employeer. They denied filing Green Card for me.
I got an employeer who is ready to provide a part time (weekend) job and file the Green Card for me.
Can I go ahead with that? Is that possible?
Note: I came to US in May 2011 in L1-B Vias and converted into H-1B last year (2014) Oct. I have less than 2 years period to stay in US.
Please advice.
