Hi,
I am working for some company (US based MNC, majorly located in Chennai in india) since from 5 years. now my employer is about to filing the green card petition and asked me provide the prior company experience letters with technologies mentioned on it.
before joining the current company, i was in other company (mphasis) only for 3 months that too i was on bench.
so should i have to provide mphasis experience documents? even if i provide, the three months bench thing will effect my GC proceesing?
sorry, if my question sounds too silly. i am not much aware of GC things.
