I have come to USA on F1 visa and has been approved for H1B in 2008 after completion of my masters. However I have not received my I-94 along with H1B approval. I was unaware of that I need to have a I-94 or else I have to go outside of the country and get stamped.
I have stayed without my I-94 for almost 1 1/2 year and got stamped in India in June 2010.
Now I have changed my employer. Please can you let me know if there would be any impact on my green card due to this situation.
