Hello Everyone,
I need your valuable suggestion on how should I proceed with the Green Card Process.
1. I am for India and working for reputed US based oil and Gas Co. for last 5 plus years.
2. I am in the US for same Co. on L1B since 10th April 2015.
3. L1B Visa Expiry date is Dec 2016.
My Company is initiating my Green Card process and I am bit confused how can we achieve this.
Questions:
1. Since Green Card process takes around 8 year. (EB 2) What options do I have to stay here until I get GC.
2. My Co. need to file L1B Visa Extension? If yes, is there any possibility for extension denial?
3. Do I need change my status from L1B to H1B in near future?
Please help me how it is going to work for me. Let me know if some more info is needed. Thanks in Advance!
