Hi,
I was born in abu dhabi but an indian citizen. And i have heard USA immigration processes take into consideration the Country of Chargeability which is the country in which the person was born.
With this I have few questions regarding the end to end immigration process.
1. I have read many posts saying, while applying for GC the country of chargeability matters. Since i was born in abu dhabi will i fall into a different queue? If yes, any idea whats the current time to process the GC considering i would fall under the Abu Dhabi queue and not Indian.
2. Any other benefits due to Country of Chargeability like applying for H1B visas or L1?

Any leads would be very much appreciated.
Thanks!!
