Long term client offering Full-time. Can I use the experience for PERM?

Hi,
I started working at company "X" and after 6 years I joined a consultancy "Y". I have been with Y and client "Z" for the last 5 1/2 years. I currently have I-140 (EB-2) with Y. Now the client, Z is offering me a full time job. I joined the Z as a Consultant Developer, now they are offering me a Senior Manager position. So, the roles and responsibilities would be quite different compared to my current I-140. Can I use the 5 1/2 experience at Z for the new PERM?

You can use experience gained in Z since your actual employer is Y. I know one of my friends got his PERM approved in similar way.
