Hi , i have been told by my attorney that they will be processing my case under EB3 as my degree has date printed of Feb 23, 2011 and my experience from July 2010 to Feb 23, 2011 will not be counted and i fall short by 23 days for 5 years of prior experience to match EB2.
I started working in July 2010 after getting passed out In June,2010 but convocation happened a little late and i got the degree on Feb 23, 2011. I joined my current employer( sponsoring my GC ) on Feb 1, 2016.
I do have the the consolidated degree transcripts, provisional certificate and degree evaluation from US firm detailing i passed the degree, dated July 2010.
Let me know what else can i provide the to affirm my case for EB2 and how can i put my case to attorney as they are stressing that i don't meet EB2 requirement.
