Can I apply for Greencard on EB1 category myself. Currently on L1A

I am currently on L1A in the US. Is it possible to file for by green-card in EB1 myself. My employer is willing to file in the EB2 category which has long wait times. Country of citizenship is India.

No you cant,I-140 can only be applied by your employer.
