EB-1 Processing through TSC

Hi All,

My EB -1 C application was filed with TSC on October 17th and I received the receipt on October 27th. I have not seen any activity on my file after that so I have some questions in this regard:

- Can biometric also happen at later stage in application processing since I have not heard on biometrics from USCIS after filing or does it mean my file has not been processed at all and that's why finger printing didn't happen so far

- Are there general delays at TSC for case processing or this is just because the holiday season.

- What's the typical time for end to end case processing EB-1 at TSC.

Please help through your knowledge or case experience.

What status is showing for your I-485 form? Is it "Fingerprint Fee Received"?

A case from my experience: Case (EB1B) being processed by Nebraska Service Center
(1) I485, I131, I765 filed: Oct 4, 2016
(2) Biometrics: Oct 26, 2016
(3) EAD approved: Dec 30, 2016; Everything else still pending
(4) Combo card received: Jan 7, 2017; Everything else still pending

If you look up the processing times for TSC, it says they are processing I485 applns. from end of July 2016 as of Dec1 2016. So expect to hear back from them around April/May 2017.

Based on what i know, it will take atleast 3 weeks to receive a biometric request letter. if you havent received, then contact your lawyer or USCIS.
