Hello Everybody,
I currently have L1A Visa and I will be travelling to US next month to start my assignment.
I have been a manager in India for the past 4 years and have direct reportees.
Now when I move to US I will still have direct reportees but my reportees will be working from India, is it mandatory to have direct reportees who work and live in the US? Or is it ok to apply for GC with people reporting to you from India.
Any help will be much appreciated.
