Employment Based GreenCard and dependents

Hi -

My family just received their green cards, however this was all done under my father's employment based application. If for whatever reason his green card is revoked, does that affect the dependents (who are all over 21), or is that only for him?

Hi,

my guess - it's based on exact reason why the GC has been revoked. If it's something that he done after the GC, like 2 felonies or something like that - it shouldn't affect dependents. If something was wrong with the application (like document fraud or similar) - then whole initial GC application may be invalidated and this means - for all applicants.
