Hello,
My priority date is 2007, i got RFE and replied one month back, case was at Texas Center, got reply for RFE that the case is Transfered to National Benefits Center, my priority date became current, does the transfer means further delay or will i have wait for interview date. I have not applied for EAD and AP, still using h1b, should i apply for EAD and AP or wait.
