Hi All,
My green-card processing timeline has been as follow so far (EB-2 Preference category):
Jul-2017: PERM application submitted to DOL
Dec-2017: PERM approved
Jan-2018: I140-I485 concurrent fillings (to Nebraska Service Center)
Feb-2018: Fingerprints appointment
May-2018: AP card received
How long does it take currently for the I485 to be approved? USCIS indicates quite a long time (17.5 to 23 months for the NSC), is this really this effective time?
