Hello all,
I'm currently employed and on my F-1 STEM OPT which expires on Jan 31st 2019.
My employer has already started my employment-based Green Card application and we are at the PERM stage now (PERM submitted in mid-October 2018).
My company is willing to relocate me to an international location and apply for adjustment of status through consular processing, if I need to move out of the country (thank God it's an international company).
Are there any conditions under which I would be eligible to continue to stay/work in the US?
