Hey All I hope my story resemblance to some one or i got some good knowledge after posting this. Case is EB3 (Concurrent Filling no premium process for I140).
Here is Time Line:
01/2018: Labor Certification Approved (PD:09/2017)
03/2018: Sent Package to USCIS (I485/I140/I765/I130)
04/2018: Received notification for All- (TSC)
06/2018: Bio Metrics Done.
07/2018: EAD-Combo Card Received
08/2018: I140 RFE received
09/2018 : RFE replied to USCIS-received confirmation
12/2018 : I140 Approved.
Question: As in Concurrent Filling I140 & I485 both in process simultaneously so my I140 approved 8 months so how long it may take for interview ? and it is necessary to send the case to NBC from TSC for interview.
