Buy-out Question

Hi. I hope someone could help me.

I am here in the US now with temporary I-551, sponsored by an employer. I don't have my Green Card yet.

My employer and I have disagreements regarding the employment. I would be willing to pay the expenses they incurred. It is a buy-out. My employer showed interest. And I intend to work for another company. Would that be okay for the USCIS provided that I still intend to do the same work duties as described in the labor certification but with a different employer?

Employment based green card is for working for a specific employer after getting the green card, and not for working for any employer in the same field.

It is best to stick with the sponsoring employer for some time, at least 6 months after getting the green card.
