I am a State Employee, working for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. I am in the process of filing for green card. I have two questions:
1. Will it anyway help me being a State Employee with a Ph.D. (Environmental Engineering) degree from US, and two kids born in the US?
2. The State Paid all the legal fee for my H1-B and will likely to pay for my Green card processing fee as well, do you know/recommend any immigration firm in Missouri which handles immigration.
The department will provide all the necessary information as it did in the past. My supervisor can also write about my ability and work ethics etc. I am looking to start my green card process as soon as possible.
Please reply
