No Visa for Schedule A

I have got a 221 G and my wife got the visa at CP. But now i heared that retrogression is going on and I cudnt approach consulate with documents for getting a visa. My wife got visa in Aug 2006. Is retrogression affects the dependent visa too?? Can I got to the consulate for a visa ..Please help me ...

till retrogression is lifted ,they dont even touch u r file,
i am in same boat as u ,i am in usa with green card,cant get my spouse visa
all schedule a is considered as eb3 now ,means till new legislation end of this april u have to wait.
