    please help with EB2 category

    I'm currently working on H1 and I'm having 14 years of education (no masters degree) and 8 years of experience. I'm from Philippines. Can I file for green card in EB-2 category? I read that Filipinos priority date is the current date. So does it mean that I can get my GC faster? within a year?
