HYIP programs

OK dont think that i am a noob about this just because it is my first post here on this forum.

Ok i have invested at a couple HYIP programs over the past month , i have has some good experiences and some very bad ones where i lost some money. Now the thing is that these HYIP programs are just to easy to make.

I could buy a hyip script , domain name and hosting all under **** information. Then start up my program and within a couple of weeks just run and no one can do anything about . To many people are getting away with this. As far as i know this is illegal. How come no one does anything about it is it because no one wants to see them go because they make money from them?

all HYIPs are scams.
just because you haven't lost your money yet, doesn't mean it won't happen in the future.

they are all based off-shore and none of them advertise a working phone number.

May I know where you purchase hyip script to start hyip program. For what I asked, I would like to strat this business in online. But, I need good script. Many one said PAM HYIP script is well to start hyip site. If is it excellent?
