Thanks in advance for having a look at my query and answering the same..
I have only 15 months of H1-B status left and My current employer has legal obligation where he can't file PERM-Labour petition at atleast next six months..
My question is can PERM-Labour petition be filed at nearly 5 1/2 years of H1-B status.. Will I have any issues.. Because somewhere I read that PERM-Labor petition has to be filed before entering into sixth year of H1-B visa.. Is it true.. Does it hold good for PERM-Labour petition too which gets cleared in max of 1 month unlike earlier Green Card process..
Please suggest me in this regard.. Appreciate your response..
