Hey all..
Ok I have a little problem. My EB-3 was filed in 2006 by one of the employers in US actually for my husband too.
In the meantime the Co. I am working for in my home country has decided to send me on a L-1. So now basically I have a Green card pending for me and I am being sent on a non- Immigrant Visa.
I am confused: should I tell the authorities that a Immigrant Visa is pending for me at the poort of entry? what if they find out if I do not tell them?
I have checked for the processing times anf they are processing the ones filed in May 2001 right now. So by those means it may take another 5-6 years for me to get the Green card.
Please suggest
... In distress.
BTW.. I had a rejected on EB-3 earlier . They have filed for me for the second time in 2006.
Thanks a lot in advance.
