any one knows about retro lifting on schedule a
i am in usa with green card under schedule a , want to sponsor my wife now
please help me out with my doubts
1) do i need to show minimum bank balance like 10 thousand or so .......
2) i have w4 from last year and i have all my pay stubs , do i need to submit anything more to prove that i am above 125 % poverty line
3) how long it will take for uscis to inform chennai consulate that i can apply for my spouse visa once retro is lifted, i didnt apply yet worried that it wont come back to schedule a once retro is lifted or can i go ahead and apply, i am married b 4 coming to us, so i learned that i can have follow to join options
4) i did my gc interview in abudhabi, so will they transfer the file soon to chennai or how long that gona take from now if i give them all my documents
as retrogressiion was on us embassy in abudhabi was discouraging on file transfer saying that it gona take 4 years cos i am fron india and all
5)once uscis aproove my i824 how long ot will take chennai consulate to give an appointment date
