1. My I-485 status is current in visa bulletion and I am currently working on H1-B visa. In addition to that I already have EAD, which I didn't use so far.
Very soon I am switiching my job and want to know, if I need to transfer my H1B with the new firm or I can work there on the basis of EAD without doing anything with H1B?
2. Is it necessary to maintain H1-B util I get approved I-485?
