GC in EB-3

Hi ,

I have question for my friend. My friend have completed Becholr in India. he

has 0 years experience.he has just started working in IT field through

consulting firm . he has completed my Master in Comp science here(USA).

Is he eligible to apply GC in EB-3 without any experience?

Is there a company willing to sponsor GC for him with no experience? If yes then the AD that the company places for the position they need to specify that they are looking for people with no experience and then what happens is that more people will apply for that position and it will be difficult...
