In I-485 documention , is it okay to give print outs of scanned birth certificate and affidavits , instead of giving photocopies . our original documents r in India , and to save time on postal delay , we had original documents scanned and sent through e mails and took printouts of those . will that do? also some of the stamps came very vague ...will it be any problem?mine is employment based gc .

I gave only scanned copy of non availability certificate of birth (very clear copy) to my attorney. She filed only with that.

not a problem, you might want to rescan with better contrast or print with darker contrast to get better prints.

How to get non availability certificate-pl help

For born prior to 1970 as at that time the birth registration was not mandatory in India. Do I need specifically issued birthcertificate non availability from my birth place for me or general statement of non availability without putting name from Registrar office from new Delhi, due to older than 1970 is valid?
