Need Suggestion
Hi All,
I am on H4 visa as of now. In this year's(2007) quota my H1-B was approved and valid from Oct 1st 2007. We were not expecting this I-485 situation which made me take that job requires relocation which i am not intersted in as my EAD was filed by my husbad's company.
My I-485/I-140, EAD/AP were filed concurently with my husbands papers on June 30th. Still not received any receipts accoring to the lawyer.
I was wondering what to do with that H1-B which i am not intersted in anymore since it requires relocation. i explained these to the employer who filed my H1-B. He did not promise anything that he is going to cancel that.
I want to be sure i will still be on H4 after Oct 1st 2007 too. How can i do that. ask my husband to talk to his lawyer or request the employer who filed H1-B to cancel it with my expenses....And how do i know that its cancelled for sure.
