EB2 Question

Hi,
I would like to find out whether I am qualified to process my Green Card through EB2?

My Qualifications are:

Education: 12 Year School + 3 Years Bachelors Degree in Computer Science + 2 Year Diploma in Computer + 1 Year in Master of Computer Application (Discontinued)
I have BS Equivalent Education Evaluation letters from International Education Evaluations Inc and from The Trustforte Corporation

Work Experience: 10 Years of Experience, 7 Years not including the current company experience

Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I have a masters degree and a PhD degree from US. I have 13 peer reviewed publications (considered excellent in my field) and a teaching award. Do I qualify for applying for EB2 or do I need to find a job first?
