Hi,
I got my I-140 approved just this Aug. 23, 2007 and the priority date is Oct of 2006 the current visa bulletin is processing Aug 2002. I can't apply for adjustment of status bec. the priority date is not current. I want to change employer and also I need to be in status when I file my AOS and my Visa is till Oct 31, 2007. Do I need to go home and get back when the priority is approaching to be current and find another employer and keep my priority date. I have a non immigrant visa w/c is till 2012 can I use that visa to enter the US again. I came here using that visa and change my status to H-visa b4 my I-94 w/ the tourist visa expires. Please reply back I need help.
