Not Recd Receipt As Of Yet

hEY COULD ANYBODY GIVE ME ADVISE. i HAD FILED MY I485 AND I765 UNDER 245(I) lIFE ACT eb3rd CATEGORY in NEBRASKA SERVCIE CENTRE and my file reached there on 2nd july 07 but have still not recd any receipt on uscis sit eit says they have already sent receipts of cases arrived there by july 29 /07 so wheres my receipt. Is there anybody in simmilar scenario. My lawyer has asked me to wait as they r backlogged but it says on USCIS site they have send receipts already.
plz shed some light on this matter.

Have you received your receipts? My husband's case is still pending and his check is not been encashed ! we sent out the application to texas on July 29th 2007.

Call USCIS again & ask for a duplicate copy of your receipt. Make sure your address is okey. May be your lawer can do it.
