EAD and H4

Presently i am on H4(Valid upto 2009 sep) and got my EAD recently. I have few quieries

1. Can I go back to India on H4 without using EAD? If yes how long can I stay there before comming to US? Is it necessary that I have to come back to US before my EAD renewal(Though i do not use EAD).

Please any one help me how it works.

EAD and H4

I know that we need to use AD to go out of US(I will not use EAD, i want to go on H4) but my question is though i have an EAD,

1. If I leave US on H4, can i stay in India for more than one year.

2. Is that necessary that EAD has to be renewed for exacly one year will ther be any problem if it is renwed 6 months late.

if you dont plan to worl EAD is useless for you. On;ly for AP you need to be present in US.

If you are using H4 you will be fine, as long as your husband maintains H1. But if for some reason he starts using EAD for work, you will be stuck
