Wrong Name in Receipt notice

Hi,
I have filed my I-140,I-485 and all other documents on Oct 2007 in the category of EB1.
Yesterday i received a receipt notice of AP,EAD in that i found that my name is wrongly written.
I have called USCIS they said i need to file a new application as soon as i get my EAD,
Will the same mistake be continued for all other petitions....
How can i recover this mistake for the remaining..
