Reg. GC process

Hi all,

Iam working for company A and they are not ready to do GC,i have few questions in this scenario

1. I saw from different posts that i can do GC with different company as its for future employment, in my current company the job requires Bachelors degree and some years of experience but in company B whom are ready to do GC for me the requirement is Masters degree and they are ready to do in EB-2, is is possible to do like that?

2. Can i leave company A and join another company say company C which is different than one doing my GC in the middle of my GC process. if so in what stage i can do that and what are the conditions.

3. What if the salary from company A differs from the one which i'll be getting in company B , will it matters?

4. Also after joining company B is it possible to do GC with company A which is my parent company or will it raise any RFE or so?

1. If you qualify for EB2, you can do it. Either MS or BS+5 years experience.

2. Yes, you can do that. There are no conditions.

3. No.

4. Yes, you can.

In other words, as long as you are willing to working a GC sponsoring employer, after getting the green card, and employer is willing to pay appropriate wages, I don't see any problem.

Also i have one small doubt, do i need to get AC21 to switch jobs before i get the EAD from future company?
