    Green Card Case

    Dear Sir,

    I am a foreign employee on H1B Visa. I am currently working for a CPAs professional firm. I am considering applying for a Green Card in order to work for my company as long as I want. However, could you please tell me how long does it take me to get the Green Card if my company starts applying from this year? How long does it take through each step? As a Vietnamese with a Bachelor Degree from USA, do I have any advantage at these steps?

      if the PERM-GC application goes through the EB-2 route (professionals w/ advanced degree), does it also take "many years"?

      can anything expedite the process?
