I am a registered PT in USA. My employer is filing for my Green Card under Schedule A category.
1. Is that still possible since I have heard that Schedule A numbers are no longer available?
They have asked me to fill ETA 9089 form and said that even though I don't need to go through PERM, I still need to fill this form for DOL requirements.
2. Can anyone confirm if this approach is correct?
