Hello all,
Need your advice for my green card application:
I am currently on H1B visa and ready to file my I-140 and then I-485 for EB-1B. However, my wife right now stuck in China and has not got her H4 yet. There might be some questions for her to get her H4 visa during interview.
Can I file I-485 with her as spouse when she does not reside in US? That way she might be able to get into US with Advanced Parole?
Or are there any ways that I could include her for the green card application in this case? Or I have to wait until she first got H4 visa and enter US?
