I just got to know your site and, as a foreigner in the USA, I find it very interesting and helpfulr.
I also have a question I have not been able to find the asnwer to in your forums, and I wonder if you can help me find the answer.
M situation is:
I am dentist trained in Spain. I have a Master-specialty degree from North Carolina. I have a license to practice dentistry in the US. My OPT expires on June 30th 2008. My employer wants to sponsor now my PERM-GC process (which we have not initiated yet).
My question is:
will I be allowed to work in the USA while the PERM-GC is being processed? and if so, how?
