Pls advice
I considered joining with an employer who had substituted me with a EB2 2001 Apr approved labor. We only filed the I-140 during June 2007; with the intension that the concurrent filing of 140 and 485 may cause some issues in the substitution cases.
Now that I already filed my 140 during June 2007, I am looking at the status of the same and tracking. I was confident with the intension that once the 140 get approved, I can file the 485, as it’s a 2001 labor. I have still not joined this new employer. I am in the 6th year of my H1 B.
I am shocked to see the Jan-08 Visa bulletin. Could any one suggest me what best I can think of to make my situation better.
