How to Get an EAD to my Spouse

Hi Friends.....

Can anybody knows about the EAD please explain me I have a small Question .......... I have applied my I-140 and I-485 and I have received my EAD card recently and also I have submited my finger prints, still I haven't approved my I-140 and I-485. Now the Question is I am having my EAD card with me so can I add my wife into this case to get an EAD to her if not what I have to do....?

You cannot add your wife to EAD. Did you file her I-485 when you filed yours.

If you did not file her I-485 then you will have to wait till your Priority date is current again.

Also maintain your independent status like H1/L1 to keep her dependent status alive. Dont use EAD.
