    140 approved, when can I apply for 485(EB3)?

    Hi,

    Here is my case.


    I had a pre-approved labor (EB3) from Sep 2003.
    My 140 was approved in Aug 2007
    I didnt apply for my 485 this Aug 2007 since my wife was in India
    Can anyone help me when can I apply for my 485?
