Green Card processing - EB2/EB3

I am planning to apply for Green card thru employer. But, i am currently eligible for EB3 as i am completing 5yrs+Bachelors next year. I have the following concerns

1. What is the difference between EB2/EB3 interms of Job(salary) and benefits?
2. If i complete 5 yrs with in total exprience (current 2yrs + former 3yrs),will I be eligible for EB2 or do I need 5 yrs experience from previous employer?

3. How long does it take for EB2 processing, and also for EB3? Which one is faster?

if you are from india eb2 is unavailable for this year and eb3 they are processing from 2001 as off feb visa bulletin
